How long is the order processing time?
Representative from SURAKSHITH COLLECTIONS will confirm your order within a day and will be delivered to your address within 5-10 working days.
How do I make an exchange?
We offer a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product by calling us. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible: Product has to be in original & unused state Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Presently, we accept UPI mode transaction and COD kind of payment. However, COD mode of payment if not applicable to a product it'll be displayed along with the description. We charge only after we are sure of your product gets delivered in time.
